VKSIS (Education Monitoring Information System) is a fully custom-built, enterprise-level information system developed for a municipal Education Department, education center, and schools.

The platform centralizes data collection, performance monitoring, and analytics across multiple educational institutions, replacing fragmented processes with a unified digital ecosystem.

The system was designed to eliminate inefficient data collection through emails, Excel spreadsheets, and inconsistent reporting formats — transforming the entire workflow into a structured, automated, and real-time data management environment.

📊 Result

The development of VKSIS began with a comprehensive operational analysis. We evaluated how educational data was currently collected, which performance indicators were used, where inefficiencies occurred, and what challenges arose from working with multiple formats and manual calculations. This discovery phase provided a clear understanding of the client’s real-world workflows and enabled us to design a solution tailored to daily operational needs — not theoretical assumptions.

Based on these insights, we developed a fully customized and dynamic indicator management system. Indicators are not hard-coded; instead, they can be created, configured, and expanded according to evolving requirements. The platform supports both simple and complex calculated indicators, allowing administrators to define formulas, dependencies, and data collection frequency with precision and flexibility.

VKSIS not only automated data collection and calculations but also established a structured framework for analytics, benchmarking, and strategic decision-making.
